Commission for a client of a character named Alraune from a game called Monster Girl Quest (warning - just in case anyone has an urge to google this game like I did after getting the commission request...this game is not for children. I’ve never played the game but google does a fair job of supplying sites that give a clear idea of what it is about. To each their own ;P).
