I'm actually really happy with how this piece came out. I spent a long time trying to make the dragon half less clunky with its many scales. I was really close to scrapping it all together when I came across Brittney Lee's paper art "Spinning Dreams". She has this awesome pattern in the tree that I incorporated in the dragon half. If you've never checked out Brittney Lee's art I really recommend looking her up......her stuff is amazing. :)
